We always place our team first! We have created a salon environment where our team has a staff lounge as their break room, they receive a free gym membership to support their mental and physical wellbeing, We start later on our Tuesday to Fridays so our team has their mornings back and we dont work late nights anymore! Our Senior Management are always on hand to support our team whether its professional or personal we are here for you!

Support, Development & Career Progression

Our team are provided with FREE ON-GOING leading education by some of the most inspiring professionals in the industry. STACHE has its own education program from learning the fundamentals to specialised masterclasses which are held by our directors and educators and this all comes at no cost to you while other salons pay an admission to learn from us! The aim is to ensure our team receive the necessary support to allow them to succeed, progress and reach their goals. Stylists who provide excellence in all aspects of hairdressing will have the opportunity to be given additional mentorship and development, as well as the potential for co-ownership or business management. If you have an ambitious career objective, we’ll help you get there. 

Creativity

We love doing creative projects outside of our everyday. Shoots, films and runways are planned throughout the year – it’s our time to get creative, experiment, try new ideas and get inspired. We even have opportunities to be part of Milan, Paris and New York Fashion Weeks.

Products

We use both scientific and natural-based products to transform and treat chemically challenged or natural virgin hair. We partner with a range of both emerging and established haircare brands, all with a strong focus on animal welfare and minimising their environmental impact.

The Space and the Experience

The multi-functional aspect of the salon allows us to invite emerging or established local artists and labels to host shows and events in the space. Our staff rooms are spacious and ample – relax and re-energise in our staff lounge, or have lunch with complete access to our fully-stocked kitchenette. You can also help yourself to coffee by our friends at Supreme or sparkling water on tap. 

Remuneration

Hair can be a very rewarding career. At Stache, we are not afraid to reward and acknowledge our team. We offer a very generous remuneration packages for the right person, Ranging from $80k – $110 + plus Super with further opportunities in business ownership, freelancing and education!
