  • We love to get everyone booked in but sometimes its hard fitting everyone in, for this reason we have a booking system to organise our day to day appointments, to make a booking you can book online through our booking portal or call us on 9994 4683 (but, check our opening hours just so we are around to answer phone calls) or send through a booking request form online. We do ask if you could be as flexible as possible so we can offer you more options on dates and times.

    To give you a better chance on getting an appointment please try and provide us with as much notice as possible.

  • Please provide us with atleast 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposits are refundable.

    Canceling or rescheduling an appointment under 48hrs will result in a loss of deposit and 100% of the total service booked to be paid before making any future appointments.

  • Confirming but not showing up to an appointment without notice makes it difficult for us and may leave your stylist with a gap in their day of up to 5 hours.

    For this reason, No Shows will result in 100% of the total service booked to be paid before any future appointments are made.

    If you suddenly can’t attend to your appointment we ask if you please let us know.

  • Arriving 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment allows us to set you up and helps you make the most out of your appointment

    If you are running late, let us know by calling the salon on 9994 4683, In some cases if lateness is greater than 15 minutes we may recommend rescheduling your appointment and ask that 100% of your missed appointment to be paid.

  • A $50 deposit is required for any haircut service

    A $100 deposit is required for any color service

    Deposits are REFUNDABLE if notice is given to cancel or reschedule OUTSIDE 48 hrs

    Deposits are NON-Refundable if notice is given to cancel or reschedule UNDER 48 hrs

    Please note: Consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Just you :) but photos of your desired hair goals does help make explaining easier.

  • For 2 hour on-street parking you can park on O’Connor St or Lygon St

    (less than 2 min walk away from STACHE)

    For FREE all day parking you can park on Allan Street or Ewing Street

    (5 min walk away from STACHE)

  • Yes you do :) Expect to receive an SMS reminder via the mobile number you have provided 4 days before your scheduled appointment, it is IMPORTANT that you respond YES if you will be attending or NO if you would like to cancel your booking.

    The SMS reminder will notify the stylist that you have confirmed your appointment so we can get ready and look forward to your arrival :)

    Not responding to an SMS reminder after 48 hours may lead to an auto-cancellation of the booking in which case our cancellation policy will apply. The reason being is that it makes it difficult for a stylist to be certain that you have confirmed and remembered to attend to your appointment that you have booked days or even months in advance.

    I did not receive an SMS reminder? If you have not received an SMS confirmation we may have incorrect details on file, please call our salon on 9994 4683 to check to see if we’ve got your details right.

    I booked an appointment in the following 4 days and I didn’t receive an SMS reminder? If you have booked an appointment in the following 4 days, Your appointment will be auto-confirmed. Please be aware that you may not receive an SMS reminder for this reason.

  • YES! We are a pet friendly salon, We do love furry friends and they are most welcome however we do ask that they must be toilet trained and mustn’t bark no matter how cute they are.

  • STACHE is in partnership with Sustainable Salons, You can book in for a cut and donate your hair if your are cutting atleast 20cm of length!

    We donate our ponytails and distribute them to charitable organisations and local wig-makers where they can become wigs for those suffering from medically-induced hair-loss conditions such as Alopecia and cancer, or help fund other life-changing programs!

  • If you have any concerns regarding the results of your appointment please call us on 9994 4683 as we do have a 2 week re-work policy. For your eligibility for a re-work you must follow the hair care and maintenance regime prescribed by your stylist.

    If you have any concerns regarding your experience during your time with us please call us on 9994 4683 as we are always use your feedback as our measure.

  • In the case of a change of mind, we do not provide refunds on our retail products, however' we’ll happily provide an exchange or credit within 2 weeks after purchase.

    For any faulty or damaged products purchased, we’ll happily provide a replacement.
